Thank you for your interest in how I work. I derive a lot of meaning and personal satisfaction from helping people live with greater peace, joy, and fulfillment. I work with adults of all ages, including couples. I assist people in clearing away unnecessary negative layers that get in the way of living a more fulfilling and enjoyable life. A lot of my clients struggle with everyday problems that affect many of us, but I specifically treat depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and a variety of approaches to talk therapy. , Working with couples is one of my specialties. In addition to couple therapy training, I have been formally trained in mediation. This kind of work is a natural, easy fit for my skills and personality. I believe wholeheartedly that the health of our relationships is closely related to our happiness. , People find me down to earth and easy to relate to. I am a regular guy who also has a passion for working with people and the skills and training to go with it. I am a good therapist particularly for people who might be a little wary of psychotherapy.
