About Us

I am a curious and passionate trauma practitioner and believe that, first and foremost, the building of strong, collaborative and reverent relationships is central to any healing and transformational work. I work to honor and welcome all parts of individuals, families and groups in order to understand stories of adaptation, survival, coping and thriving. As a body- and nervous system-informed practitioner, my approach integrates various modalities and frameworks. My specializations are in working with the complex manifestations of traumatic stress, attachment trauma, intergenerational trauma, and dissociation. , My approach to trauma therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that there are many narratives in our families and cultures of origin that pathologize certain behaviors and ways of being. I work with clients to deconstruct those narratives and explore what a more expansive and compassionate understanding of your adaptation and survival can look like. , I use an integrative approach to treatment, and draw from contemporary relational, feminist, trauma-informed and body-centric lenses. Some modalities I integrate in treatment include Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, parts work (including Components Based Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems), trauma informed meditation, and more.
