I am prepared to hold that hope until we can find it together , I draw upon neurobiological concepts and developmental research to guide this transformational process with the best fit counseling techniques. I utilize a psychodynamic approach while weaving together CBT techniques, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused inventions to create a holistic and personalized treatment plan for the client. , Therapy works because there are two real humans sitting across from one another. As someone who has worked with active duty soldiers and veterans in the clinical setting I understand the painful reality that this life can have. I also know that while the process may be hard, healing is possible. You are worthy of living a full and abundant life.
