About Us

" We reach out for help when we recognize that we do not have the tools we need to think differently and/or feel better. This decision is born of insight, humility and courage. During my long career, I have counseled numerous individuals from all walks of life, in both private practice and as Clinical Director of Eating Disorders & Substance Abuse Residential & Outpatient treatment programs. If you are open to expanding your consciousness in areas of aging, transitions, sadness, anxiety, relationships (mending/ending), compulsive eating/binge eating/bulimia, sickness, dying, death and grief, sexuality, spirituality, lets meet. ", I have lived with different cultures in the United States, Europe, India, Nepal, Trinidad, and South America. I have learned through this range of human experience and my counseling career, that mental and emotional unrest impact all living beings. I have learned too, that it is through awareness that we can transform suffering into healing & peace of mind , Deeply compassionate, my work with clients is rooted in empathy and equanimity. My style is direct, non judgemental & humorous. I use an eclectic blend of modalities, meditation techniques, Eastern psychologies & assignments. One of my teachers said, "Behind every front door is suffering." I hope to help reduce the suffering of those who work with me.
