" I work with adults and adolescents (age 14 and up) and provide individual therapy services. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and I am a certified EMDR therapist. I also specialize in a variety of other therapeutic areas including womens issues (postpartum depression and anxiety, fertility/miscarriage issues), grief and loss, mood disorders, anxiety, suicide prevention, conflict resolution, improving relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management. I also work with first responders and veterans. ", I am a certified EMDR therapist and work from a trauma-informed lense in all of the work I do. I use a multitude of treatment modalities from an array of theories to help guide you through the therapeutic process. These modalities include Psychodynamic therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (ACT, BCBT-SP), and EMDR. , I believe in the power of change. We will collaborate to develop the tools you need in order to make the changes you seek in your life. It is my hope that through therapeutic intervention you will feel empowered and find new ways of thinking, behaving, and feeling.
