Being a human is hard and you’ve taken that courageous first step in seeking therapy. My goal is to help you build skills and gain insights that enable a connection with your core values, fostering a life of fulfillment and meaning. My areas of specialty include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide a collaborative space to help you achieve your goals while bringing compassion, warmth, and curiosity to our work together. Through tele-therapy, I extend my services to clients in Colorado, Florida, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Montana. , I completed a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments through a person-centered lens. I consider the treatment approach that best fits your needs to meet you where you are. , I believe authenticity is an important part of the therapeutic relationship and while it’s mostly serious, there is space for humor too!
