Lois is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a BS in Psychology; and an MA in Counseling (MAC) from Colorado Christian University (CACREP Accredited). In addition to counseling, Lois has also led grief recovery support groups for 12 years. She enjoys helping others communicate better in order to resolve interpersonal conflict in their lives. She is also passionate about helping people discover and develop practical solutions, with a holistic perspective, to the problems they encounter in life. , Prior to joining Henderson Consulting & EAP Services, Lois retired from the United States Air Force after 21 years of honorable service, followed by over nine years in speciality retail.
