There will be a time in everyone’s life when additional assistance is needed to navigate life stressors/transitions. In therapy, I strive to help people regain the best version of themselves via increasing attunement with themselves and providing a space to process experiences. I primarily work with preteens(11-13), adolescents/teens(14-19) and young adults(18-25) who are seeking therapy in hopes of improving and better understanding their life. , I treat anxiety, panic disorders, depression, PTSD and relationship issues. It is important that I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to process experiences, and gain insight into your life.I have training in EMDR, an evidenced based modality to process trauma and adverse experiences.Therapeutic modalities are tailored to each individuals’ needs. , I strongly believe we are resilient and want to heal our past traumas. To do so, a safe space is needed to reflect and better understand oneself. As a therapist, I hope to provide a safe,and compassionate place for you to reach your best self.
