I work with individuals (6 years old and up!), parents, couples, and families on challenging the status quo in their lives, improving communication, and understanding a greater potential for the future. My heart is to join with you in creating full change in your environment - approaching situations with a multi-faceted view. You dont have to be stuck, and I would love to help. I use practical tools to help you find peace but also go deeper to find the root of what’s happening.
