If you are ready for real change in your life and are tired of being stuck in the same routine, same fears, or same unhelpful thought patterns, then we will likely work well together. Many of the clients who see me for therapy have experienced excessive worry and hyper-vigilance, hopelessness, suffered from the aftereffects of a traumatic event, or have had difficulty connecting in relationships with others. I love working with women and men who are currently experiencing the wild changes and challenges of parenthood, particularly helping women find their selfhood during the pre and postpartum journey. , I work primarily with complex trauma, postnatal and postpartum mental health, with clients who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience in working with adult survivors of complex trauma and abuse, as well as people navigating birth trauma of any kind. , In working with me you can expect me to draw on neuroscience and research while staying closely attuned to your experience. I work to stay just ahead of you, yet with you at the same time, allowing us to work together to guide the therapy process.
