I am a graduate student intern in clinical mental health counseling at Walden University specializing in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based counseling. I have completed training in evidenced-based trauma therapies and interventions and mindfulness meditation. My theoretical orientations are existentialism and nonduality. In counseling practice, I engage in trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered interventions. ", Through counseling interventions, I will assist you in accessing the aspect of yourself that is safe, secure, and resourceful to promote healing and growth. By increasing access to your inner resources, you may find that you are better able to engage in self-care and make decisions.
