The journey of life can be happy & promising. However, if your life has begun to feel like a never ending battle, circumstances and issues overwhelm you, feelings of depression or anxiety burden you, important relationships have broken down, abuse or traumatic events are robbing you of peace, I am here to offer compassion, guidance and a ‘safe place’ to share your deepest wounds or concerns. In these very uncertain times, many families and individuals are under a great deal of extra stress, putting further strain on relationships and problems that already existed. , I have over 25 years in the therapeutic field as well as a wide range of experience and education. I am trained in EMDR and Board Certified in several areas including Traumatic Stress. My specialty is helping individuals resolve trauma of any kind. I also have a passion for Relationship therapy; resolving dysfunctional patterns, conflict and old wounds! , " Reaching out for help may be the hardest part of your therapeutic journey.
