I work with children, adolescents and their families. I utilize a child-centered play therapy modality. My therapeutic approach is holistic and based in mindfulness, authenticity, attachment, nervous system regulation, and neuroscience. I am polyvagal and trauma-informed. I have worked with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, medical trauma, chronic trauma, ADHD, sensory processing and many other areas of need. I’m also currently working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist in Colorado. I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University with a specialization in Violence Against Women and Children and Foster Care/Adoption.
