I work with children, adolescents and their families. I utilize a child-centered play therapy modality. My therapeutic approach is holistic and based in mindfulness, authenticity, attachment, nervous system regulation, and neuroscience. I am polyvagal and trauma-informed. I have worked with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, medical trauma, chronic trauma, ADHD, sensory processing and many other areas of need.
