There are times in our life when growth looks confusing, and we can develop unpleasant symptoms or maladaptive coping skills. We all go through phases in our lives, and I think that sometimes we benefit from help navigating the temporary situations. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy, and brief, solution focused counseling when you need some extra help. Some of my clients I have seen for years, and others see me as they would their medical provider, when issues arise.
