About Us

I am passionate about working with neurodivergent adults, trans and queer folks, plurality/DID, chronic illness and disability, and anyone exploring everything related to sex and sexuality. I love holding space for people who feel like they are "too much." My favorite type of work is long term therapy focused on identity exploration, living with complex trauma, and finding joy. Many of my clients are in the process of deconstructing deep internalized shame, and want support in taking up unapologetic space and navigating authentic connections. , Every individual is different, so I attune my therapy style to suit you and your needs. I use a variety of trauma focused therapy modalities to meet you where you are at. I believe laughter is an important part of healing, and you can expect therapy with me to be playful and creative. I value curiosity, connection, and authenticity in the therapy space. , As a disabled, queer, trans, and neurodivergent person, I can attest to the positive changes that come from embracing your identity and working through shame and trauma. I understand that vulnerability is scary, and seeing a new therapist is daunting. I am confident that I can provide a non-judgemental, supportive, and warm space for you to process and grow.
