Welcome to my counseling practice. In my 25 years of working with people, I have seen incredible results and miracles when people worked in therapy using my counseling techniques. Humor is important in dealing with the stress, grief, depression and anxiety that so many of my clients experience. I insist that we enjoy our sessions, even though we are dealing with very serious matters. My specialties include 12 steps, codependency, relationship counseling,addictions, anxiety, depression and grief. I have learned many techniques including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I look forward to meeting you. , Some of my techniques include EMDR, cognitive therapy, spiritual counseling, relationship counseling, codependency group therapy, and addiction therapy. Each session is developed for the individual. When times are painful, we all need someone who cares, listens and has some good ideas to help. , I believe that everyone is unique, a beautiful snowflake. I am able to help people who want fast action. I can also gently listen and care with those who need time due to painful memories. My offices are warm and inviting.
