About Us

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and counter-productive behaviors/thoughts in adolescents and adults. As a licensed professional counselor and long-time yoga instructor, I offer a holistic and eclectic approach to counseling, viewing each client as an individual with unique life stories, areas of strength and areas of needed growth. My goal is to help my clients feel empowered in their lives so they can build - or get back to - a happy, conflict-free and fulfilling life, day-to-day. , My therapy is heavily influenced by the modalities of Positive Psych, Mindfulness/MBSR and Biofeedback. I am trained in EMDR and CBT. I seek to help my clients build self-worth, and to love and accept themselves unconditionally. In doing so, clients develop healthy coping strategies and feel empowered in areas of life that feel difficult. , I have worked extensively with emerging adulthood, a group which includes older teens, the 20s and 30s, and have key insights into the modern issues affecting these adults. I have also lived and led yoga and wellness retreats for adults in Central America, am highly-proficient in Spanish, and provide an informed multicultural lens in my therapy.
