I work with couples and individuals on relationship issues, trauma, anxiety and depression. By listening with the heart and enhancing emotional communications I can help you find your way through difficult relationship issues, life transitions, parent-child difficulties, trauma, or symptoms of anxiety and depression. Everyone has the power and wisdom within to create a life of joy and success. I provide a caring, comfortable and supportive setting to make it possible for you to connect deeply with the strength of spirit that lies within you to uncover your unique strengths. , I am also trained in EMDR which has been proven effective in treating trauma, which comes in many forms such as, post-traumatic stress, accidents, and emotional wounding. EMDR can also strengthen inner resources to address depression, general anxiety, performance anxiety, test-taking blocks and fear of medical procedures. , Go beyond symptoms of anger, depression, anxiety, or pain… beyond your ability to just tolerate life… to a place within of peace and confidence.
