About Us

I have been fortunate enough to work as a school counselor in the middle and high school setting for the last five years. I love working with adolescents/young adults and helping them navigate the stressors of life. I am skilled in Solution-focused therapy and CBT with a trauma-informed lens. My therapy work is rooted in my own intersectionality & lived experiences. I believe mental health can’t be fully understood without the consideration of the historical, political & social factors that influence us. My hope is that when we can unpack those experiences in a safe & supportive space and allow you to live life authentically. , " I believe that human connection and positive relational experiences are vital to healing so, it is very important to me to build strong relationships with my clients that are rooted from a place of honesty, vulnerability, trust and authenticity. I love working with women of color, anxiety, depression, womens issues, and adolescents dealing with life!
