I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify, understand, and change these patterns that keep them feeling stuck so that they can to move towards a life that is more passionate, creative, and fulfilling. ", I work with individuals who are struggling with addiction, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief/loss, identity concerns, and difficult life transitions. I also provide counseling for partners struggling with partner betrayal, difficulties with trust or intimacy, affairs, relationship transitions, or negotiating boundaries. , I offer a collaborative, safe, and respectful environment where conversations unfold at their own pace. It is important that a person trusts the therapist who they work with and is able to discuss their problems openly.
