Ultimately, I want to help you achieve a more joyful and content life. , I help individuals who experience anxiety, life transitions and everyday stressors. I also focus on current and past trauma, as well as substance abuse. I provide clients with the tools to help reduce feelings of distress and make the changes they seek. Modalities I work from include Person-Centered and EMDR, among others. , Finding a therapist that is a good fit helps in your growth process.
