About Us

Everyone was made with the capacity for healing and growth, which often comes through relationships. I am passionate about the client/therapist relationship and believe having someone to be present while navigating current struggles or past trauma is powerful. I often see clients who feel as though they have no one with whom they can share their deepest pains and fears. I am intentional to provide a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to live the life they want to live. View 6 Photos, I counsel from an integrative model of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, and I utilize evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and CPT. My work focuses on trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, and grief & loss, with adult individuals and couples, including active duty military and veterans. , Everyone goes through seasons of struggle, confusion, and hurt.
