About Us

I love to help families, couples, and individuals as they navigate conflict, communication difficulties, anxiety, and life-transitions. I have personal experience with inter-cultural relationships and military families. I recognize that we are the product of many influences including the families and cultures we come from, relationships we choose to enter, circumstances and choices we make, etc. When you begin to understand where you come from and who you are, it helps you move in the direction you want to go. It’s my pleasure to walk beside you on your journey as you move toward healing, wholeness, and happiness. View 6 Photos, As a veteran’s family, we’ve experienced deployments, frequent moves and living overseas. We’re raising inter-ethnic children while navigating our marriage’s cultural differences. We grow stronger as we come to terms with our pasts. Life can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be navigated alone.
