Are you wanting to heal past trauma but unsure where to start? Or perhaps you’re looking for a safe space to unmask as you learn more about your neurodivergence? If so, you’ve come to the right place. While EMDR may be all the hype these days, I offer a slightly different but effective approach called Brainspotting that can do wonders for those who are a bit more sensitive, anxious, or may have more complex trauma to work through. Along with working with neurodivergents and trauma survivors, I welcome all women 18+ who are feeling stuck or just needing some extra support. , You can expect a strengths-based yet integrated approach working with me. Offering virtual sessions for those who prefer it, my passion lies in working in a nature-based setting, and will be offering in-person nature-based therapy soon, as nature has been proven to be especially therapeutic for these populations. , Along with my professional training, I also offer my own lived experience as both a neurodivergent and adoptee and have specialty training working within the adoptee constellation.
