I work with people both in a traditional office-based format, as well as in an intensive model to accelerate your process. I also offer individual and group-based personally meaningful, culturally relevant Rite of Passage experiences to support you in conscious and intentional movement through life challenges. , Although each person is unique, from my 25 + years working therapeutically in a variety of settings, along with 22 years of training therapists, I have a bias toward the incorporation of: body-mind connection, mindfulness practices, the healing power of relationship, active self-compassion, and nature-based connection within the healing process. , I believe that we all have an innate drive toward health and healing, and given the right conditions, move in that direction naturally. Through a combination of body-mind psychotherapies, EMDR, parts work, and nature connection, I guide you in deeply listening to and following your unique healing pathway to a more healthy, easeful and satisfying life.
