About Us

Kathleen Largent, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, wants to help you find resolve for your trauma—no matter the type, when it happened, and especially if previous support hasn’t worked. She knows that trauma may be labeled as “little” or “big,” but in the end it is all trauma; and you deserve a safe space to talk about it. Often coinciding with trauma is stress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, sleeping concerns, and more. Kathleen provides her patients a place to share their unique experiences and feelings at their own pace. She’s your partner—usually easy going and positive—through the long haul. , Kathleen first realized the value of a calming presence while observing other mental health providers’ advocacy work and dedication to helping U.S. service men and women. She saw firsthand how focusing on mental health and finding peace was life changing. It’s part of her daily inspiration to help make an invaluable impact on her patients. , Kathleen is also experienced in working with teenagers and/or adults struggling with identity concerns, nightmares, isolation, loneliness, Pandemic-related stress, and relationship conflicts. She earned a Psychology undergraduate degree and a Master of Social Work with a focus on trauma-competent clinical practice.
