I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, anxious attachment behavior, and relational difficulties. I use action oriented, behavior based approaches. This means all clients will be actively engaged both in session, and in their daily lives, to make changes they seek to improve their mental health. , Trauma derives from different sources, such as childhood abuse, combat, sexual assault, domestic violence, and other unusual adult experiences. I use prolonged exposure therapy and cognitive processing therapy to treat trauma. Both considered efficacious treatments. My methods are focused on finding the root cause of the symptoms to create sustained change. , Being in therapy is perhaps one of the most vulnerable experiences you may have in life.
