There are times where life presents tremendous challenges that can feel and seem insurmountable. Childhood wounding, insecure attachment, abuse, discrimination, divorce/separations, existential crisis, and transition to motherhood can be overwhelming. Often our family, friends, and larger community, if we are connected to them, do not know to help or are compromised themselves and cannot. This is when the proverbial "sh*t hits the fan." In some larger way, we might be able to see what is happening as an opportunity to grow, but what has happened or is happening is so painful we need strong support to get through and grow from it. , I offer profound trauma-focused and transpersonally-oriented psychotherapy for those who need capable support for the worst of times. My support is attachment focused, attuned, connected, and highly intuitive. I am willing to sit with you in the spaces that are the most painful so you can heal through them knowing that you are not alone. , I am opening a new practice in Boulder and I welcome your inquiries about either my Colorado or my South Florida based practices.
