A flourishing sex life is one of the most empowering and healing ways we connect with ourselves and our partners. It is not about quantity, but about nourishing the body, mind, and soul through safe intimacy, vulnerability, freedom, learning, and playfulness. I work with women and couples to address the emotional and psychological factors that may be contributing to a less than ideal sex life. This may include a history of trauma, unresolved emotional pain, raising children, unhelpful relationship or communication patterns, body image issues, libido differences, performance anxiety and medical considerations, among many others. , " I specialize in sex and intimacy therapy, trauma therapy, perinatal mental health therapy, therapist/counselor support, and womens issues. I see adult women, couples, and therapists. I see men on a case by case basis. ", My hope is that everyone who comes into my office (or meets over telehealth) is met with warmth and freedom to better understand their emotions, needs and desires without fear of judgment. I consider my room a sacred and safe place where truly anything can be said and then explored in a way that is honoring, promotes healing and true, lasting change.
