My work with clients is rooted in the belief that seeking therapy is a vulnerable thing. I seek to partner with clients in that vulnerability and courage by creating a welcoming, safe, and accepting environment through my compassion and humor. I utilize different therapeutic techniques, like cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation etc., to meet clients where they are at and develop goals and support change in ways that are aligned with the client\s values. Life can be challenging, but through this process we can expand the different "tools" you have to meet those challenges.
