It is exhausting to be a woman in our modern world. Trying to juggle motherhood, careers, partners, our health and everyday life leaves us stretched thin. If you feel lost in the shuffle of your own life, we can help you find a way back to yourself. We work our whole lives to achieve all we dreamed of, and are surprised when we feel anxious or empty. It can feel confusing to know there is something missing, but not know what or how to find it. My job is to help you figure out that something and how to feel like yourself again.
