In my practice, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing all aspects of addiction and individuals who have experienced trauma which has impacted their self-confidence, life, relationships, physical health, emotional wellbeing, and overall functioning. ", I utilize a variety of counseling approaches in my practice, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy skills (DBT), brainspotting, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and parts work.
