About Us

Hello! My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have a passion for working with adults who struggle with disordered eating, as well as individuals going through grief, loss, anxiety, depression, body image issues, life transitions, and feeling unfulfilled in life. I hope to help people find their own authentic path towards understanding, compassion, and meaning in life. My approach to counseling is intentionally integrative and focuses on strengths, values, intuition, acceptance, and identity. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that you know yourself best. , I have worked with adults with eating disorders in different levels of care since 2016. My passion and specialty within this field is working with those who have experienced weight stigma, also known as fat phobia. I have a Health At Every Size-informed approach and work to dismantle weight stigma, healthism, and diet culture in my practice. , " In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog, spending time with my partner and friends, laying in the sunshine, and getting lost in mystery and suspense stories. Im looking forward to working with new clients and I hope to walk with you as you find your authentic path. "
