We can begin to heal when our pain is acknowledged and we feel supported, both by ourselves and a compassionate other. I am an EMDR trained therapist and a Level 1 trained IFS therapist. I work with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am also an embodied therapist, meaning I feel it\s important to practice what I preach.
