As a certified ADHD and Life Coach and IFS Practitioner, I support adults and couples as they navigate the complexities and rewards of ADHD and everyday life. I specialize in working with clients to find beauty in their differences, improve negative self-talk, and create a healthy path forward. I help my clients focus on what they do well, learn to quiet their inner critic, and create strategies for change. I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems, a modality which allows for exploration of the many parts of your identity and experiences.
