I specialize in working with adults and teenagers who have suffered trauma, couples counseling, and I work with men around masculine integration and "Nice Guy" recovery. My work with couples and families is based in healing deep attachment wounds from early childhood and previous relationships so individuals can find deeper intimacy, trust, and connection with the people that matter most in their lives. When desired and appropriate I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and am highly trained in Psychedelic Therapy. I also utilize EMDR trauma therapy, PACT couple therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness. , I bring a compassionate presence and a gentle honesty to create a supportive environment which helps facilitate true change. I apply a deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and psychotherapeutic technique. My work with men supports the transformation of self limiting beliefs, relationship destroying patterns, and helps develop a deep sense of strength. , Reaching out for help and support can be deeply challenging.
