The clientele that I have extensive experience and history working with is of mental illness, (anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioral issues, suicidal/homicidal ideations; and substance abuse.) Whether it be some form of mental illness, emotional, physical to include domestic violence and or sexual abuse, I will work diligently with you to find ways/coping strategies to overcome those issues. , Through our psychoeducational process, utilizing methods based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and psychoanalysis, I will work with you in counseling session(s) by teaching you skills to challenge your thoughts, identify and manage your feelings and emotions, and address the behaviors you wish to change. , I personally have experience and history of family members that have suffered from mental illness, (anxiety, depression, Combat PTSD, severe alcoholism, and dysfunctional relationships.)
