I am passionate about supporting clients to discover and live into their most authentic, true selves. As an insight-oriented and person-centered therapist, I strive to create meaningful connections with clients and believe warmth, understanding, and care are at the foundation of each therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, and primarily work with clients experiencing trauma & PTSD, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. These approaches are rooted in honoring our stories, rewriting dominant narratives, and exploring different “parts” of ourselves. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and am IFS-Informed. , I am honored to be a part of your journey.
