It is my belief that as humans, we are wired for connection and community. Adverse life experiences can bring us to a place of isolation and addiction. One of the greatest experiences as a therapist is watching others overcome and grow through adversity, along with the resilience it takes to do so. Maybe you feel stuck in your issues or feel unsure of the next steps.. My purpose as a therapist is to create space for you to build the life you want and a self acceptance that highlights your innate worth. , One of the most rewarding experiences in the field has been working with a wide range of individuals, all with unique stories. My areas of clinical experience include, family preservation, domestic violence, couples, veteran populations, and addiction treatment.
