I employ Coherence Therapy (I have been Assistant Director of Training at the Coherence Psychology Institute since 2014), Internal Family Systems, and Comprehensive Resource Model. All three are experiential, so we can address your problems as directly and quickly as feels right for you. Change can often happen in the very first session. , I work with elders, adults, and adolescents of all gender identifications, sexual orientations, ethnic or cultural backgrounds, and spiritual beliefs.
