I will help you find the cause of what is hurting you to create lasting change. With empathy and care, I use proven treatments to help you understand your feelings and relationships, develop self-compassion and embrace a hope-filled future. , I have been successfully helping people with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and process addictions since 2014. I work using relational and attachment practices, CBT, and trauma focused approaches. I will use my experience and training to compassionately help you work through your problems and start finding hope, joy, and meaning in your life.
