Hi there! I am so glad you are here. I acknowledge that finding a therapist can feel like an overwhelming task, and therapy itself can feel intimidating. My desire is to offer you a safe space where you can begin your journey towards growth and where you feel comfortable navigating the big emotions that life can bring up. I bring a warm, compassionate, and caring presence into the therapy room. Over time, I enjoy creating a space where we can get curious - where we can challenge ways of thinking, dig deep into the root of your experience, or explore different ways of viewing a situation. This is all at your pace. , I have clinical experience working in both residential and acute care settings, as well as in a school with youth on the spectrum. I currently meet with a diverse range of individuals, with a focus on pre-teens, teens, and young adults, experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, family conflict, and general life stressors. , " My desire is to walk with you and empower you as you journey through the process of therapy. To do this, we will collaborate to create treatment goals that meet your unique needs. I use techniques found in ACT, DBT, and CBT.
