My purpose in life is to guide others in therapy so that they can feel full of light and joy, despite the heartaches of this human condition. My mission is to help you heal yourself. Everything is already within you. Sometimes we just need an external spark to light our flame. , I have an existential humanistic lens and use a variety of techniques to treat the entire person- mind, body, and spirit. Techniques and theories include: CBT, DBT mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork, attachment theory, and family of origin work. I specialize in working with adults suffering from anxiety, PTSD, and offer psychedelic integration. , Coming from a background of anxiety and panic attacks myself, I understand what it is like to feel as though there is no way out. However, I am here to help you realize that there is light at the end of this tunnel. Suffering is a way to push you to find your true self and grow interpersonally. Even in darkness, the light will shine through.
