I truly believe that we all have the ability to work through challenges that life throws at us but we do need help and guidance in order to heal. I specialize in helping those who often feel lost or overwhelmed and are looking for a supportive ally to help navigate through their current stressors and past trauma. I am known for creating a safe, empathetic space where my clients report feeling heard, supported, and valued while we work together towards healing and positive growth. , With 16 years of experience as a therapist, I offer empathetic, inclusive and non-judgmental support for children and adults. Trained in EMDR, animal-assisted therapy, and play therapy I also specialize in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment and gender dysphoria. , Navigating the process of finding the right therapist often feels overwhelming.
