Life is not easy with all it demands, expectations and responsibilities. At some point in life and under certain circumstances life can become too difficult and we feel overwhelmed. We react with stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. This is the time when we are ready to look for support and to find ways improving our lives. Be it from a difficult childhood, the end of a relationship or from other hardships there are ways to heal. When you are ready to start the journey of healing I would be honored to accompany and help you to find your innate strength to build the healthy relationship with yourself and the life you deserve. , " For more than twenty years I have worked with individuals recovering from anything what can make life difficult. Assisting human beings living a more full and self-accepting life has been the primary focus of my practice. Through my belief in the innate wisdom of the body, I approach healing with focus on ones own internal self-healing intelligence.
