It\s time to think about yourself differently. I\m not exactly the touchy feely kind of therapist and won\t ask "how does that make you feel" every 5 minutes. I help you get significant, lasting change, not just to feel good talking. I work with individual, couples and families. It\s your thoughts and beliefs that cause your problems. If you want change in marriage, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger or even drug/alcohol use, we have to change the way you think about yourself, both individually and within your relationships. When we fix that, everything else falls in line. , Since 2003 I\ve added lots of letters behind my name but you\re going to be the one who is the expert on you. I\ve had extensive training in trauma, marriage therapy, and mood problems. Holding onto "ME" while being part of "US" is behind many of our emotional problems. I will teach you how to stay strong in yourself while being able to connect with others. , Some therapists avoid "fixing", but clients come to therapy for a fix. Together we will find solutions, not just the problems. You know what you want from your life. You\ve likely done it right before. Let\s see where you\re doing it right and where it needs some changes. I\ll teach you to start thinking about yourself differently, your feelings will follow.
