I find therapy most potent, important, and meaningful when there is a mix of: compassion/spaciousness (non-judgment); curiosity/levity (as appropriate); & choicefulness. From my background in Somatic Counseling/Body Psychotherapy, I make use of my own body, and body-based (a.k.a. somatic) tracking, applied moment-to-moment in the room with clients.
