I’m a Licensed Psychologist with 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy for professionals and students aged 18+. With warmth, non-judgment, and an interactive style, I strive to create a space where we can work collaboratively to identify, understand and resolve barriers that keep you feeling stuck, and help you to move toward and engage with the things in life that matter most to you. , I am trained in evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (International OCD Foundation BTTI-trained), ACT, CBT for Insomnia, and EMDR, and integrate these with a psychodynamic foundation that explores how our life and relational experiences shape and impact how we show up in our lives in the present. , For over 20 years I held a staff psychologist and clinical training supervisor position at the University of Colorado-Boulder’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) and have also worked in forensic and community mental health settings.
