About Us

" Much of the human experience is spent on autopilot, operating from habit. We can feel lost, anxious, and unhappy, disconnected with ourselves, not knowing our values or purpose. Automatic negative thinking, old family patterns and triggers can be on repeat. We often work, love, parent, and engage in relationships from this rather unconscious, unfulfilling place. Happiness can feel allusive here. Together, we can explore the process of waking up, to whats inside and discovering how to ground from a place of purpose. Come get curious! Please NOTE: I am an eco-therapist, I see clients in-person outside, or via tele-therapy. ", I focus on the whole of you, using your strengths to heal. I use mindfulness to increase self-compassion, non-judgment, acceptance, awareness and to shift. This integrative approach allows us to look at all aspects of well-being and recognize patterns that no longer serve you - getting you in touch with your potential.
