My approach to counseling blends my education and experience in a genuine, compassionate setting. I use an individualized, eclectic approach to develop a collaborative relationship where you will be encouraged to experience and express your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, worries, concerns, and fears. , Through the use of a variety of techniques and methods, I strive to help individuals and couples tackle issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, grief, and marriage/family issues.
